All payments must be made via M-Pesa Paybill Number 400900 or other available methods listed on our Payment Page.

We do not request personal M-Pesa PINs or private banking details.
Payments should be made only to the official Paybill number provided on our website.
Customers must retain their M-Pesa transaction SMS as proof of payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made via M-Pesa are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
If an incorrect payment is made, contact our support team immediately.
